I have had a quick look at your site and Google has 285 pages listed so it is in the index. I noted that the home page and many of the main pages in the site do not have content, this will be a contributary factor in the final reckoning so I would add some content to it around 150-200 words will do.
Evaluate the inbound links that you already have – the key is the quality of the links and the fact that the topic of the sites that are linking should be related to yours. Also look at adding your site to Dmoz – this is free and is a highly reputable source for authority and content as far as Google is concerned, also contribute to wikipedia.
With the outset of the realtime search add your site to the Google Business Center within your Google account and begin to utilise the other tools available such as Blogger, Maps & Adsense.
Social Media is also a useful resource when it comes to link and content reputation – get a Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn account (at least) and start posting daily. Share related content via Squidoo and Hub Pages and write related articles, posting them to the main article directories.
A lot of work here I know but action these and your should see you page rank increase.

Sometimes it doesn’t matter how many backlinks you have, but the quality of the backlinks could matter more. For instance, if you have 150 backlinks, but one of those backlinks have a good PR, they aren’t really helping you. But, if you have 10 PR5 pages linking to you, that could mean more.
