Does the DOCTYPE influence PageRank at all?

Let’s say my page validates perfectly at W3. Syntactical and semantic correctness is rewarded, I think, because it makes life easier for spiders and offers a good heuristic for quality.
Apart from this, beyond this:
“Does Google care at all about the DOCTYPE”?

XHTML Strict, XHTML 4.01 Transitional or pure text. Which DOCTYPE would Google prefer?

I upload my website www.topfashionlinks.coom, 2 month ago, but still a page rank “0″ .
I validate my website by w3 validator
and I intrduce it for yahoo, google, msn
i add it to google directory “dmoz”
i sign in to some link exchange web sites and try to have more inbound link ” but it is so hard to have a sutible site to exchange links”
I try to do best but I don’t have more than 11 visitor per day,
yahoo dont send any visitor
most of my visitors has sended by google
msn just send 10 visitors
what should I ddo ??
